About Us...

Aloha! We (Bill and Theresa) retired to the Big Island from San Diego in 2018. We bought Kona Reef A1 in a foreclosure auction sale to be our retirement home. It was unrecognizable to the condition it is today and needed a full gut rehab. When we were unable to hire a quality contractor, we took on making it the home of our dreams ourselves. Theresa designing, purchasing and supervising while Bill worked alongside the hired trades people, becoming the handyman extraordinaire he is today. We thoroughly enjoyed an island, ocean lifestyle. Swimming and playing with dolphins, manta rays and schools of fish. In 2022, for health reasons we moved to Oahu. Bill retiring as a physical therapist and Theresa retiring from multiple real estate endeavors. Now we are very pleased to share our beautiful slice of paradise, with so many wonderful travelers, from all over the world. Mahalo Nui Loa
